International Junior Static Ship Modeling Competition "Russia Grand Prix" (C Classes)

International Junior Static Ship Modeling Competition "Russia Grand Prix" (C Category) will take place from 1 November 2023 to 14 December 2023. Competition will be held in an electronic form at a specialized web platform, the web page address will be forwarded later.

Competition organizers: ShipModel Sport International Federation - SMSIF; "Patriot.Sport" Moscow Center (Budgetary State Educational Institution of Additional Professional Education); Federation of Ship Modeling Sport of Russia; Moscow Ship Modeling Sport Federation.

Applications will be registered from 1 October to 31 October 2023.

“Tsemes Bay Cup-2023” International Competition (C Classes)

“Tsemes Bay Cup-2023” International Competition in C Category (static models) is going to take place under the SMSIF auspices from 30 October to 5 November 2023.

Organizers: Krasnodarskiy Krai Regional Department of FSMR, Novorossiysk Fleet History Club, Admiral Ushakov Maritime State University in Novorossiysk. Location: 93 Lenin Av., Novorossiysk, Russia. The opening ceremony is to take place on 31 October 2023, at 14.00 pm in two university halls - Marble Hall and Assembly Hall.

The International Static Shipmodeling Competition among seniors will involve men and women without any age, residential and citizenship restrictions. The International Static Shipmodeling Competition among juniors will involve young men and women up to and including 12 years old (in younger age category) and from 13 years old up to and including 18 years old (in older age category), without any residential and citizenship restrictions. Each competitor is entitled to announce an unlimited number of models in his/her application for each class and for “Tsemes Bay Cup-2023” as a whole.

Modelers from Russian cities (other than Novorossiysk) and international participants should submit their preliminary applications for participation in “Tsemes Bay Cup-2023” International Competition to the email address: This email address is being protected from spambots. International Competition "Nizhnevolzhskaya Regatta" (F5-M, RG-65 Classes)

The International Shipmodeling Sport Competition “Nizhnevolzhskaya Regatta” (Lower Volga Regatta) in the category of RC racing yachts is going to take place from 24 September 2023 to 02 October 2023. Organizers: SMSIF, Federation of Ship Modeling Sport of Russia, Ministry of Sport of Russia, Federal State Budgetary Organization “Center for Sports Preparation”, JSC “United Shipbuilding Corporation”. Location: Privolzhsky Zaton, 13, Rowing channel, Astrakhan city, Russia.

“Minsk Grand-Prix-2023” Belarus Open Championship (FSR and F5-E Classes)

“Minsk Grand-Prix-2023” includes Belarus Open Championship and Belarus Junior Open Championship in FSR Category (radio-controlled racing boats) and F5-E Category (radio-controlled yachts). It allows international participation and will take place from 1 September 2023 to 3 September 2023.

Organizers: DOSAAF Central Committee, DOSAAF Water Sports School, Belarusian Federation of Ship Modeling Sport. Location: Kurasovshchina Park (F5-E), Komsomolskoe Ozero (FSR), Minsk, Belarus.

Sports teams and individual competitors (in personal standings) from other countries are welcome to participate along with Belarusian sports teams and groups. The number of participants per team is not limited. Each modeler may compete in any number of classes. As for juniors, modelers who were born in 2005 at the earliest are entitled to participate in the event.

“Pacific Cup-2023” International Competition (ECO, F2/F4 and A/B Classes)

Russia’s Far East is going to host “Pacific Cup-2023” – the international competition among speedboats, cord and scaled models. The event is to take place in Vladivostok, from 05 August 2023 to 11 August 2023.

Organizers: SMSIF; Federation of Ship Modeling Sport of Russia; Primorskiy Krai Regional Department of FSMR; Ministry of Sport of Primorskiy Krai; Vladivostok city administration; Vladivostok Regional Parliament (Duma); JSC “United Shipbuilding Corporation”; PAO Sovkomflot (MOEX-FLOT); Admiral Nevelskoy Maritime State University. Location: the city of Vladivostok, lakes in Mine Park.

The organizer fee is not required. Any citizen of any country may participate in the competition and represent his/her country after their have sent the application. Each national ship modeling federation may bring up to 5 competitors per class.

Preliminary applications and registration forms are accepted from national federations and clubs. Shipmodeling Sport World Cup and Junior World Cup (NS and M Categories)

The international competitions – Shipmodeling Sport World Cup in NS and M Categories and Junior World Cup (in the same categories) – are going to take place in Staraya Kupavna (a town located in Moscow Region, Russia), starting on 17 July 2023 and finishing on 25 July 2023.

Organizers: SMSIF, Federation of Ship Modeling Sport of Russia, Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation, Federal State Budgetary Organization "Center for Sports Preparation", Municipal Budgetary Institution “Fitness and Sports Complex “Kupavna” and JSC “United Shipbuilding Corporation.” Venue: Kupavna Rowing Base, 41 Naberezhnaya Str., Staraya Kupavna.

According to the World Cup regulations, each country may bring up to 5 competitors (or teams in F6 and TEAM disciplines) in each sports discipline/class. The organizer fee for each sports discipline/class is RUR 1500 per competitor and in F6 and TEAM disciplines – RUR 2000 per team. Young men and women aged under 19 are exempt from paying the fees.

International competitors are welcome to participate in the World Cup once they have paid the start fee.

Preliminary applications are accepted till 10 July 2023 at the latest. Preliminary application forms from national federations and clubs should be certified by their stamps and then scanned, saved as PDF documents and sent to the Chief Secretary at This email address is being protected from spambots. The official registration of the participants is planned for 17 July 2023, from 10:00 am to 20:00 pm. Competitors are also officially allowed to train on that day. The Opening Ceremony of the Shipmodeling Sport World Cup is to take place on 18 July 2023.

International Competition “Moskovskiy Patriot” (C Classes)

Moscow is going to host “Moskovskiy Patriot” International Shipmodeling Competition among static models (C Classes), 20-23 April 2023. Organizers: Shipmodeling Sport Federation of Russia, SMSIF, “Patriot.Sport” Moscow Center, JSC United Shipbuilding Corporation. Location: Piotr Velikiy Moscow Municipal Maritime Center for Children.

Citizens of Russia and of other countries are welcome to participate in the competition. Foreign competitors should have valid membership in their national federations. The team competition will include teams from national federations, Russian regional federations and ship model sport clubs.
