Organizing and managing the competition were assigned to Federation of Ship Modeling Sport of Russia and Admiral Nevelskoy Maritime State University. The Pacific Cup was held within “AQUA-TECHNO-SHOW-2025,” Festival of Technical Types of Creativity which the University has arranged for the fifth time. ShipModel Sport International Federation (SMSIF) was responsible for setting up the referees’ commission, with Dmitriy Spitsyn, its executive director, acting as the Chief Judge of the Cup.
Among those who facilitated the Cup were Primorskiy Krai government, Vladivostok city administration, Vladivostok city council (Duma), Municipal Autonomous Institution “Directorate of Vladivostok City Public Spaces,” FESCO Transportation Group, JSC “FEMRI,” “Poseidon” Marine Group, PJSC “Rosneft” Oil Company and other enterprises.
